He talks to Tunisia the way Tunisia talks.

01The voice

A Tunisian voice

Rafik Aouay (رفيق عوي) is a Tunisian content creator, streamer, singer and actor. He talks to his audience in Derja, the everyday Arabic of Tunisia, with no script.

Humour, friendship and Tunisian life are at the heart of what he makes. His motto, in every one of his bios: «الثقة بالله نجاح», trust in God is success.

02Music

It started with a song

In March 2022 he released a cover of the Njoum Elil classic “3omri mansitek”, with Khouloud Trabelsi and Yassine Hannachi. It has passed 5 million views on YouTube.

Two years later, in March 2024, came his own single, “Ken Chtar” (كان شطر), with an official music video.

03Live

Hours live with the chat

Live is where his audience spends time with him. On TikTok LIVE and Kick he goes on for hours with friends, guests and the chat: unscripted, loud and very Tunisian.

Two million people follow him on TikTok, where his videos have 18.1 million likes, and fans cut his lives into clips every day. An independent 2026 ranking placed him 9th among Tunisian TikTokers.

04Travel

A camera and a small budget

In 2026 he took his camera on the road: two days in Amsterdam on 100 €, a day on a yacht in Monaco made with Taliani Yachting, and 48 hours backstage with Kaso at the Sfax festival.

His travel log now counts ten countries, from Türkiye and Qatar to Malta, Spain and the Netherlands.

05Cinema

On the big screen

In October 2026 he reached the cinema. He is part of the cast of Weekend (ويكاند), a Tunisian psychological thriller directed by Moutii Dridi: a group of friends, an isolated villa by the sea, and one of them disappears.

After a preview at Pathé Tunis City on 11 October, the film opened in Tunisian cinemas on 14 October 2026.

06Next

What comes next

His own streaming studio, more trips and new music. And the same promise as on day one: talk to Tunisia the way Tunisia talks.
